cinumum rolls

One of our favorite breakfasts is "cinumum rolls".  Addi was pretty excited to help me make them.  I'm not talking about Pioneer Woman cinnamon rolls.  I'm talking Pilsbury.  Regardless, she was excited and they were yummy...that's all that matters!

Or this one?  She means business! 

This girl thought she was being sneaky... 

but I caught her!

She's so proud!  You'd think she made them from scratch!

waterplay on saturday

It has been SUPER HOT here lately and really the only time we can spend outside is in the early morning or late evening.  This particular Saturday morning was bearable so we went out for a little waterplay time!

We actually started out with some bubble time!

Then I pulled out Addi's outdoor kitchen and filled up a bucket of water for Addi to play with.  She had a blast! 

She wanted to help mama water the flowers... 

Oops. You missed the pot Addi! 

Her little imagination was really at work.  She baked all kinds of things for me and "worked" in the kitchen. 

Then it was tea party time!

Halle-girl enjoyed beign outside as well! 

I have been trying to captuer this moment forever and I finally succeeded!  When Addi holds up 2 fingers, she uses her ring finger and middle finger instead of the index and middle finger. 

Addi, how many teacups to you have? 

Before I was a mom, I hate crocs.  Now that I'm a mom, I get it. 

Still just snoozin' away... 

I knew it was just a matter of time before she ended up IN the bucket!
