crisps

Need an easy side for dinner tonight?  These will definitely be a winner!!

We typically call them Pita Crisps, but they are yummy with tortillas too!


Pita Crisps

Ingredients:
Pita bread or tortillas
Butter (you can melt part of a stick of butter, but I just use spray!)
Italian seasoning
Parmesan Cheese

Cut up your pita bread or tortillas into slices.  Be sure to make lots more than you think you'll need, because they will be a hit!  I'm telling you...you won't have any left!!  Spray the slices with butter and top with seasoning and cheese.  Bake for about 10 minutes on 350 degrees.
