Ingredients:
1 lb. large
shrimp, shelled and deveined
2 T.
vegetable oil
2 T. lemon
juice
1 T.
Worcestershire sauce
1 t. Cajun
seasoning
½ c.
chopped onion
2 cloves
garlic, chopped
½ can cream
of shrimp
½ c. milk
1 t.
paprika
cornbread
Directions:
Mix shrimp,
1 T. oil, lemon juice, Worcestershire and Cajun seasoning. Heat remaining oil in skillet. Add onion and garlic and cook until tender. Add soup, milk and paprika. Heat to a boil. Add shrimp mixture. Cover and cook over low heat for 5 minutes or
until shrimp is done. Serve over
cornbread.
