I'm not real excited about it.
She is obsessed with taking off her shoes and socks and has been for the past two weeks! Just about every morning in the car on the way to school, she takes off her shoes AND socks and throws them behind her into the "trunk" of my SUV. When we arrive at school, I have to crawl back there to find them and then wrestle them on her before we can go inside! She has even learned to untie her Cons! Too smart for her own good!
The teachers at her school have been commenting on how she takes them off first thing in the morning and refuses to put them back on. Yesterday I get this picture text from her teacher:
Not only are her shoes off, but she was taking Charlie's shoes off too! She apparently thought it was the funniest thing ever, but Charlie didn't see the humor in it. He kept trying to get away from her.
Addi, that is not the best way to make friends, honey. Please leave your friend's shoes alone. And while you're at it, please leave yours alone too!!
On a a sidenote, don't you just love that her teacher send me picture texts during the day? It just makes me smile everytime I get one! The Toddler Teachers are the BEST!!! Thank you!

Well, at least she's not taking her shirt off...

Oh my! We are really going to have to control this behavior before she starts taking off more!!
Not that I have kids, but I notice at the studio a lot of the siblings in the lobby around her age do the same thing. So I don't think I would worry too much.
