I try my hardest to jot down the funny things that Addi says so I won't forget them, but lately it has been so hard because she has been saying so many funny things! Here are some of my favorites that I definitely don't want to forget...ever.
"help my two" - when she wants me to help her hold up two fingers. She has finally mastered two on her own, but she holds up her ring finger and her middle finger. It seems much harder than the traditional two fingers, but she's proud and that's all that matters!
"right now" - yep, it's just how it sounds. As in, "I want milk right now" or "I want to watch Cinderella right now". This little thing can be quite demanding!
"is that a deal, mama?" - guess who taught her to make deals...not me! Her daddy is always making deals with her. Yesterday on the way to school Addi wanted me to roll down her window. It was a little too chilly for that so I told her on the way home that afternoon we would. She asked me if we had a deal. Oh brother!
"I put my toots in the potty, mama!" - well this one is pretty much self explanatory! At least she was proud of it!
"I mind my potty business today!" and "I do good potty work today!" - two great ones that will probably be said around our house for a very long time!
"No more buggies on my teeth, mama!" (as she flashes a huge grin) - she didn't want to brush her teeth one day so I told her there were tiny bugs on her teeth and that's why we had to brush them. She immediately ran to the bathroom and asked me to help her brush them away. This also worked well for explaining why we can't swallow the toothpaste. Now she spits all of the toothpaste (and bugs) into the sink. Hey, it worked didn't it? Don't judge me! Even my pediatrician said it was genius!! Scott said he didn't agree with this parenting choice I made, but we're going with it!

What a funny girl with an equally funny personality!
