Folks, there's a new park in town...and it's AWESOME!!!
The First Baptist Church in Norman has just put up a new playground across the street from the church. Lucky for us, it is open to the public! Scott and I took Addi on Sunday to go explore and we definitely liked what we found! Check it out HERE!
Addi jumped right on the equipment and didn't look up for over an hour! I was so proud of her because she tried it ALL. She wasn't afraid of anything! Way to go Addi!!
There's an awesome music section in the middle where the kids can play different "instruments" to make sounds. She liked this area a lot, but it was hot so we played more under the shade.
She loved going across the bridge!
Under the slides, there were little "houses" with benches and a table. We had tea parties while we rested.
Look at how much this girls loves to swing!

Here are a few quick pics of the play equipment. It really was so great! The ground is a turf and it's so soft. There were little ones just learning to walk cruising around barefoot on it. They really did think of everything!
Whew! We played hard!!
Thank you FBC for opening your playground to us! We really appreciate it and had so much fun! We can't wait to go back to the "BIG PARK" (as Addi calls it)!

i didnt know it was open to the public!! We will definitely make a trip when Gray is a little older....Addi made it look like so much FUN!

LOVE the music section! That is awesome!!
Luke LOVES that park. He begs to go there everyday after CDO. We can't drive down Webster unless we mean to go there.
