the adventures of geoffrey the elf

Our Elf on the Shelf, Geoffrey, came to our house a little early this year.  He showed up the week before Thanksgiving, maybe because Addi was having a hard time listening.  He was a super silly elf this year and here are some of the funny things he did...

Hanging from our lights in Addi's slinky:

And just look at the mess he made with her rubber bands!  Notice he spelled out ADDI on the left side?  He's one smart cookie, I tell ya!

And check out this tea party!! Only the coolest toys got invited, I heard.

Back in the bathroom, Geoffrey became quite the ladies man.  oh geez.

Lounging in some cotton balls...

He even decorated a cupcake for Addi in Ardmore!

And then he found Uncle Trevor's duck call!

Geoffrey we had so much fun watching you elf around this year!  Please come back and see us soon!

christmas break in ardmore

Since OU and the girls' school was closed some for the Christmas holiday, I loaded them up and we headed to Ardmore a few days early.

LuLu and Poppy did lots of spoiling!  Check out Addi's royal breakfast!

That would be a crown pancake with pink and purple icing covered in pink sprinkles.  And don't forget the syrup, right?

LuLu's Pizzaria was open for lunch!

After nap we made THESE cupcakes that my mom found on pinterest. We learned the hard way to pipe the filling between layers instead of spread it...just trust me.  They turned out adorable and the marshmallow cream icing is divine!!

Just hanin' out in her pink and black zebra costume.

On Christmas Eve morning, Geoffrey left 2 packages on the fireplace with a note!

It was a copy of the Elf on the Shelf DVD and an Elf Kit.  Geoffrey went all out on the elf kit for Christmas morning...it contains:
scissors
trash bags
wire cutters
box knife
batteries
baggies for extra parts of gifts
screwdriver set
sharpie

It was awesome and came in SO handy...thanks Geoffrey!!

For breakfast, LuLu and Addi made reindeer pancakes...another great pinterest find!

Christmas is almost here...
