friday night out!

Last night, we had a double birthday party for Addi's friends Tripp and Alex!  Tripp turned 3 and his sister Alex turned 1.  It was one of the best parties we've been to!  I couldn't believe how much fun Addi had!  She ran around until she just couldn't go take one more step!

easter egg hunt #2

Addi had an Easster Egg hunt at her school this week.  She was really excited to see the eggs on the playground, but she was even more excited to run around and play with her friends! 

Of course, she found a ball right off the bat! 

 She decided to put her eggs in the "trunk" of the car instead of her egg bag...silly girl!

 Charlie:  "Hey Addi!  Come inside, it's fun inside!"

problem solved

Since we've made so many trips to the park by our house lately, I've realized that I need to put together a little "park bag" that has all of our essentials in it.  Everytime we're on our way out the door, I'm trying to make sure I've remembered everything!  Here is the list that I compiled that hangs on the hook by the door:

Addi prefers to ride solo and throws anything that's in the wagon overboard.  I really didn't want to be lugging a bag on my shoulder while pulling the wagon, so I started thinking...

This is the wagon that we have:

I didn't know when I bought it that there was a model with a bag on it or I would have definitely bought that one!  I found THIS little backpack at Target that is absolutely perfect!  It even has a chest strap so the bag is snug around the seat back.  Problem solved!
