Have You Seen My Elephant?

Scott was playing with Addison on the floor and some how her elephant cube ended up stuck on her head. He said the funniest part was when she kept looking around like, "where did it go???"...then of course she decided to be a ham for the camera!

Double Ear Infections!

Well yesterday was a very sad day for Miss Addison! She had been fiddling with her ear for a few days so yesterday morning I decided to take her to the doctor. She appeared to be feeling fine...she was in a great mood, no fever, etc.

The good news is that Addison LOVES going to the doctor because she gets to play with the paper on the exam table and there's a really cute baby in the mirror who always plays back! She had an absolute blast yesterday, complete with very loud shrieks and squeals! We ended up waiting for quite a while so she had lots of time to play. I started taking pictures and couldn't stop...she was so funny!

She was just getting started!

This was about 15 minutes in to our 35 minute wait! You can only imagine what the room looked like when we walked out! The car seat was filled with paper by the end because I kept pulling more paper for her to have a "clean slate"!

The bad news is that Addison has her first ear infection...and it's in both ears! Poor baby girl! She's on her first round on antibiotics and we're crossing our fingers that it works!!

Petal Pumps

These are the cutest little house shoes I've ever seen! They are still really big on Addison (since she still wears a size 0 shoe!) but they keep her little piggies warm while we're just hanging out at the house. She loves to play with the flowers on her toes. Most of the time, they don't stay on long though...they end up in her mouth!

I Love Rock and Roll

Now that Miss Addison has mastered rolling all over the place, she has been working on pushing up. The other night she actually raised up on to all fours and started rocking back and forth! I just know she's going to take off and start crawling all over the place, and I don't think I'm ready for that (neither is the house)!! Scott and I have been trying to get a picture of this for about a week and we finally caught her in the act!

Happy Saturday!

Despite the crazy thunderstorms last night and this morning, someone at the Hofmann house woke up in a very good mood!!

I told Scott that we have a future cheerleader on our hands! Every time Addison plays with the curly ribbon left over from her Easter basket, she waves it around in the air and flaps her arms up and down! We had a pretty intense cheer practice, complete with yelling at the top of her lungs!! This is the only "action" shot I captured.
